RETURNS

Conditions of Return: If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund. If your order is returned within 30 days of delivery in perfect condition – still in original packaging – then I will provide a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective: custom or personalised orders, digital downloads, gift cards or items on sale.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at imagineattic@outlook.com.

Exchanges: I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at imagineattic@outlook.com and send your item to the returns address provided by email.

Shipping: To return your product, you should send your product to the returns address provided by email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned in saleable condition. Please note that personalised orders (such as custom portraits) cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
