DELIVERY

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please allow 1-3 business days for ready to ship items and personalised cards. The processing time for custom papercut portraits is currently 3-4 weeks. If your order is urgent, please contact me to check for availability of a priority order.

Shipping Destinations
I currently ship to the UK and most states of USA. If you would like a different destination adding to this list, please send me a request and I will consider it.

UK delivery is by Royal Mail First Class service, which aims to deliver to UK in 1-3 working days. However, please note that this is an estimated delivery time and cannot be guaranteed (especially during local lockdowns and at busy times such as Christmas).

International delivery is by Royal Mail International Standard service, which aims to deliver to Europe in 3 to 5 working days and to the rest of the world in 6 to 7 working days. However, please note that these are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed (especially during local lockdowns and at busy times such as Christmas).

Delivery Queries: Sometimes things do go wrong with delivery which are out of my control. If you have not received your item within 10 working days (UK) of me posting it then please get in touch. For international deliveries please allow 20 working days.

Unpacking Your Items: Please take care when unpacking your order not to use sharp objects to avoid potential damage to you items.

Customs and Import Taxes: Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer, and it is the customer’s responsibility to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order. I cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.

EU customers please note that from 1st July 2021, the customer will be required to pay VAT/Import Tax (17-21% depending on the country) to the delivery service when the goods are imported or delivered, plus a courier handling fee. For orders of €150 or more, a customs charge (which varies depending on the country and the product) will also be charged on import or delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check and pay these charges.
